At Dental Practice Jacob Obrecht in Amsterdam South, we know that a beautiful smile contributes to your self-confidence and how you are perceived by others. Whether you want to correct minor imperfections or are looking for a significant aesthetic improvement, veneers offer an effective solution.

What are veneers?

Veneers are thin layers of material that are placed on the front of the teeth to achieve aesthetic improvements. They are often used to enhance the appearance of teeth by closing gaps, hiding discolorations, correcting crooked teeth, or repairing small damages. In our practice in Amsterdam South, we work with various materials, primarily porcelain and composite.

Porcelain Veneers

Durability: Porcelain veneers last a long time.

Colorfast: They do not discolor over time.

Natural appearance: They offer a very realistic and aesthetically pleasing look.

Cost: Porcelain veneers cost +/- €1000 per tooth.

Treatment: These veneers are placed in two appointments in our dental practice in Amsterdam South. During the first appointment, an impression of your teeth is taken and the veneers are designed. At the second appointment, the veneers are permanently placed.

Composite Veneers

Cost-effective: Composite veneers are more affordable than porcelain veneers.

Minimally invasive: They require less adjustment of your natural teeth.

Easy to repair: They are simple and quick to repair.

Speed: They can often be placed in one appointment.

Cost: Composite veneers cost +/- €200 per tooth.

Treatment: Composite veneers can be placed in just one appointment in our dental practice in Amsterdam South. During this appointment, the composite is directly applied to the teeth and shaped into the desired form. It is then cured and polished to give a natural appearance.

Our approach

In every veneer treatment, a personal consultation is central, in which your wishes and the possibilities are discussed in detail. We ensure that the veneers are accurately measured so that they fit perfectly and look natural. Our team in Amsterdam South ensures that the color and shape of the veneers harmoniously match your natural teeth, for a dazzling smile that boosts your confidence.

"Are you considering veneers or do you have questions about the procedure? Our staff is happy to assist you and guide you to the smile you deserve. We are confident that you will leave our practice in Amsterdam South with a smile that feels not only beautiful but also natural."
